Senior Line of Business Marketing Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and team that executes and implements integrated, multi-channel, strategic marketing plans for the Line of Business that align with the enterprise strategy.
• Assist in developing marketing plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers supporting the customer lifecycle and line of business goals.
• Define and conceptualize enterprise-wide marketing strategies and annual plans considering both enterprise and local goals in partnership with GTM managers.
• Serve as the key executive liaison between line of business leadership and the marketing department.
• Manage and execute enterprise-wide, multi-channel campaigns, including developing creative briefs, establishing marketing mix, briefing teams, evaluating creative, and deploying campaigns using project management tools like Workfront.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, matching message and channel with audience, and demonstrating confidence and value.
• Facilitate coordination across departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Partner with marketing analytics teams to build models and reporting tools for goal setting, performance analysis, and forecasting.
• Provide performance evaluations and recommendations to departmental, bank, and executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities for scalability and automation of marketing initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 members, driving alignment on business and marketing objectives, and coaching team members in project execution and strategic insights.

Requirements

• Expertise in building holistic, business-shaping strategies and translating them into achievable marketing plans.
• Proven ability to influence and guide LOB leadership to align on objectives and deliver marketing priorities.
• Deep understanding of the user journey, sales cycle, and product lifecycle and their impact on marketing strategies.
• Experience executing large-scale, integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to craft professional, concise, and compelling narratives with actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing budgets and P&Ls.
• Experience working with project management software such as Workfront is a plus.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred in-house marketing or agency experience.
