Our Sales team works closely with travel agencies, United travel departments, corporate clients and more to provide phenomenal customer solutions that lead to fruitful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of account managers to achieve United's SME corporate sales objectives.
- Coach and develop sales talent through expert coaching on portfolio management, effective communication, sales marketing, account strategy, time management, and sales tool utilization (including Salesforce CRM platform).
- Develop and implement strategies to improve United's share and revenue.
- Foster excellent working relationships with product channel managers and sales marketing.
- Apply successful strategies at the portfolio level and within portfolio sub-segments.
- Utilize effective portfolio management and segmentation to provide key insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with Sales Marketing to maximize the use and effectiveness of marketing automation to achieve increased share and revenue.
- Assess and act upon sales opportunities using analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years' airline sales/management experience.
- Experience building a successful team.
- Sales coaching experience.
- Experience utilizing a CRM tool to manage pipeline and sales activities.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Reliable, punctual attendance.
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.
Nice to Have
- MS Degree.
- Industry knowledge and experience.
- Experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Knowledge and user experience of the company's systems and data sources used within Sales.
- Sales leadership experience.
Qualifications
- Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of airline sales/management experience.

- Base pay range of $119,985.00 to $156,316.00, dependent on experience, education, and skills.
