The role of Senior Manager - Acquisition Personalization & Analytics is part of the US Consumer Marketing team, specifically within the Marketing Analytics & Investment Services team, responsible for driving data-driven decision making, analytics, and business planning to support profitable growth through personalization strategy and optimized investment decisions. The position focuses on leveraging digital analytics, data insights, testing, and partner collaboration to enhance acquisition growth and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale targeting and personalization strategies within partner assets and channels.
  • Optimize performance, drive efficient growth and customer experience through robust experimentation.
  • Understand Cobrand personalization architecture, identify growth opportunities and drive profitable acquisition on partner assets.
  • Analyze performance of current initiatives, share findings and solutions.
  • Collaborate to create world class analytical solutions.
  • Work in a dynamic, fast changing environment, with attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to drive results; self-starter.
  • Expertise in application of analytics (applied statistics/quantitative methods) for solving business problems.
  • Ability to multi-task, operate effectively under changing conditions and prioritize initiatives based on business objectives.
  • Excellent collaborator with ability to effectively lead and drive.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required, MBA or equivalent degree in economics, statistics, finance, mathematics, etc. preferred.
