About the Role

Nestlé USA is seeking Senior Manager Brand Marketing in Arlington, VA, to lead brand strategy, optimize marketing efforts, and create impactful consumer experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting brand strategy, optimizing the marketing mix, and leading the creation of impactful creative assets to drive consumer engagement.
  • Lead communications strategy development and execution across marketing channels.
  • Design personalized consumer experiences and tell compelling stories across content platforms.
  • Work with internal teams and external media agencies to develop marketing strategies and plans.
  • Partner with Sales and Customers to execute strategies and win in an omni-channel environment.
  • Manage projects on time and on budget, making decisions around investment alternatives to mitigate risk and maximize return.
  • Coach team members on critical thinking by analyzing data and synthesizing insights to drive innovation and strong business results.
  • Provide day-to-day coaching to direct reports and build management routines to unlock high performance.
  • Manage Nestlé's Ways of Winning (Speed, Agility, Collaboration, and Courage) with direct reports and colleagues, leading by example to motivate and inspire teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisements, Public Relations or related fields.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • 7 years of experience in end-to-end brand development.
  • 7 years of experience in delivering short- and long-term brand expansion.
  • 7 years of guiding online communication campaigns.
  • 7 years of developing strategic brand and product plans.
  • 7 years of managing large consumer marketing budgets and media investment decisions.
  • 7 years of driving innovation and renovation projects from ideation to launch.
  • 7 years of full P&L ownership.
  • 5 years of experience in people management.
  • 3 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with global eCommerce guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertisements, Public Relations or related fields.
