The Senior Manager of Business Development & Product Partnerships will be responsible for understanding industry positioning, developing strategic partnerships, and driving integrations to support the growth of the Global Dining platform, including Resy and Tock, within the US Consumer Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead industry product partnership development across sales, marketing, and product organizations.
  • Outline strategic landscape and do partnership outreach, bringing in partners to support the growth of Global Dining users, restaurants, and product functionality.
  • Work with partners for third-party reviews and ensure protection of company and customer data.
  • Lead cross-functionally across Resy & Tock to negotiate integrations, joint go-to-market, and marketing plans.
  • Deepen engagement with industry partners to source incremental value for prospects and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience working with external partners and understanding partnership concepts within strategic ecosystems.
  • Experience developing and delivering high-level technical approaches to product audiences.
  • Experience working cross-functionally to deliver projects, with strong project management skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including executive presence and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to drive progress in complex and white space environments.
  • Understanding of Amex's compliance environment and data protection responsibilities.
  • 5+ years of work experience, preferably in restaurant tech or third-party partnerships.
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience.
  • Hospitality or SaaS industry expertise.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills; proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools preferred.
  • Salesforce skills recommended.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with restaurant tech or third-party partnerships.
  • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience in relevant fields
  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
