The Senior Manager, Digital Experience, is a strategic leader responsible for improving customer experiences, driving engagement, and achieving business objectives through data-driven strategies, personalization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the web strategy for key pharmacy landing pages and experiences, including development, design, content, conversion rate optimization (CRO), testing and experimentation, and UX enhancements that drive primary KPIs.
  • Design and execute A/B/N testing, multi-variate testing, and other experimental methodologies to identify the most effective personalization strategies.
  • Oversee the use and optimization of personalization platforms, including the Adobe tech stack, tools, and technologies to tailor customer experiences.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers and patients through data, insights, and cross-functional partnerships, and use those insights to inform site strategy.
  • Analyze data from testing and personalization efforts to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor page performance and user behavior across site landing pages, generate data-driven hypotheses to improve the customer experience.
  • Develop, refine, and implement web optimization and experimentation processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Leverage personalization capabilities to create digital experiences aligned to audiences and channels.
  • Drive continuous performance improvement through an ongoing experimentation roadmap aligned with short-term and long-term opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships across the organization to create clear goals, accountabilities, and outcomes, especially with Digital, Media, Creative, and Agency partners.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop top performers and marketing talent, articulating roles, responsibilities, and providing feedback.
  • Lead teams, influence stakeholders, and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leading integrated web strategy experience with a foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
  • 4+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with A/B testing, multi-variate testing, and other experimental methodologies.
  • 7 years of overall work experience.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of test and control methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of measuring and manipulating data and identifying insights.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from strategy to execution.
