Senior Manager, IDN HCP Marketing - Oncology & Immunology

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual brand and budget plan
• Support annual forecast process and monthly performance updates
• Lead annual manufacturing forecast process for product and track monthly performance against forecast
• Support evolution of the brand strategy and lifecycle management opportunities to address unmet needs in identified diseases
• Update message platform across customers as new data become available and ensure consistency of brand story
• Create and execute personal and non-personal promotion consistent with brand strategy
• Partner with Digital Center of Excellence to develop and optimize digital strategies
• Lead, manage, and integrate agencies into the marketing team to ensure project work aligns with brand strategy
• Collaboratively review promotion with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance and effectiveness
• Partner with business analytics to develop primary research, assess secondary research, and conduct competitive analyses; translate data into insights
• Align with business partners and agencies on measurement plans to understand ROI and KPIs
• Work closely with Professional Relations to develop and maintain KOL relationships
• Represent the brand with patient and professional societies and advocacy organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum seven (7) years of pharmaceutical and/or life sciences marketing experience
• Experience with marketing and/or selling biologics within at least two of the following areas: oncology, dermatology, immunology, rheumatology
• Brand marketing experience with HCPs and patients in the US
• Experience in developing product strategy and tactical plans aligned to brand vision, positioning, and messaging
• Experience with digital, media marketing, CRM, and customer journey programs
• Recognized ability to influence matrix team members to deliver brand objectives
• Experience managing multiple agencies and budgets for HCP and patient promotion plans
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Analytics and Veeva desirable
• Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines
• Collaborative team player with integrity, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude
• Leadership mindset with resourcefulness and decisiveness based on analytical and fiscal skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with launch strategies
• Experience managing brand overall budgets and agency-specific budgets
• Experience with digital and media marketing tools beyond basic CRM
• Experience developing resources for the Hospital and Buy and Bill space
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Veeva

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• At least 7 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing experience
