Key Responsibilities

  • Build & manage paid campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and others) from start to finish
  • Optimize campaigns toward CAC goals through daily performance monitoring
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives (video, UGC, influencer, static)
  • Conduct A/B testing across targeting, bidding strategies, creatives, and landing pages
  • Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Stay up to date on platform best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
  • Identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to enhance our paid acquisition strategy

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working at a direct-to-consumer startup with campaign budgets over $1M per month
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing spend while maintaining ROI targets
  • Proficiency in tactical end-to-end execution of ad campaigns across Paid Social channels like TikTok, Meta & YouTube
  • Experience writing creative briefs and working closely with content creators to iterate quickly and identify messaging/content that resonates with audiences
  • Highly analytical with strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Previous startup experience, especially within B2C EdTech/Healthcare
  • Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
