About the Role

The Senior Manager of Product Marketing will own the product marketing strategy for Factor Form, a new supplement brand by HelloFresh. This role involves defining customer segments, value propositions, and product positioning, synthesizing data to uncover new opportunities, and working closely with Product and Growth Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across the customer lifecycle. The position is hybrid, based at the NYC HelloFresh Headquarters, and reports to the General Manager of Growth. The company focuses on health and wellness through nutritious, purposeful eating, aiming to help customers achieve their health goals without overwhelming them with information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the product marketing strategy for the new venture, including brand positioning, initial launch, and subsequent product launches.
  • Map out the user journey, gather user insights, and identify new customer needs to inform product and growth marketing roadmaps.
  • Serve as a main collaborator between Growth Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Product teams.
  • Identify target audiences and develop product positioning for new product launches.
  • Partner closely with Product, CRM, Engineering, Design, Brand, Analytics, UX Research, and Growth Marketing to improve user experience and drive incremental conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and align online and offline marketing campaigns with channel owners and the broader growth marketing team.
  • Create product marketing goals and analyze campaign performance.
  • Act as a key collaborator between the Product and Marketing organizations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in ecommerce.
  • Experience collaborating with online marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, and search engine marketing.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams across different offices.
  • Strong understanding of market, customers, and competition, and ability to integrate this into go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree.
