About the Role

Princess is the world's leading international premium cruise line and tour company, known for its Medallion Class experience and iconic brand. The company is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Marketing & Guest Experience to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns and enhance guest experiences across Shore Excursions, Retail, Celebration Key, and related partnerships. This role involves collaboration with onboard revenue teams to maximize onboard area revenue and deliver compelling guest stories and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy, marketing support, development, and launch planning for all shore excursion guest experiences.
  • Lead marketing projects and content that deliver on key business and brand objectives to meet onboard revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with onboard revenue team to deliver compelling guest experience stories supporting brand positioning, differentiators, and revenue goals.
  • Travel to photo/video shoots and ship visits to understand experiences and create marketing content aligned with revenue goals.
  • Develop communications and marketing plans to support strategic initiatives and drive product innovation.
  • Build storytelling that creates excitement, demand, and conversion for shore excursions.
  • Develop content and support cross-channel business areas including website, print, emails, videos, social media, PR, onboard collateral, onboard messaging, and trade collateral.
  • Establish project prioritization, define deliverables, timelines, and performance objectives.
  • Work with creative teams to input briefs, review creative, and obtain stakeholder approvals.
  • Coordinate with brand, creative agencies, and paid media teams for product direction and collateral support for digital advertising, social content, ad copy, and videos.
  • Manage development and storage of app, web, and brochure deck plans.
  • Collaborate with Princess.com and Princess App teams to maintain a database of copy and images for onboard points of interest.
  • Supervise a direct report, assign responsibilities, allocate resources, define priorities, and coach as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 10-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in cruise line onboard marketing.
  • Experience in planning and strategizing communications programs.
  • Experience developing marketing plans, strategic positioning decks, and go-to-market plans.
  • Proven project management skills, especially handling cross-functional departments and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to present concepts visually.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Negotiation, presentation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Five or more years of management experience.
  • Product development experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with developing marketing plans and strategic positioning decks.
  • Experience in cruise line onboard marketing.

Qualifications
