Job Description

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Revenue Management is responsible for strategically developing and advancing tools and technologies as a Product Owner to support the SRM mission. The role involves supporting analytics across multiple stakeholders, turning data into actionable insights, and driving initiatives to improve SRM capabilities across divisions. The position requires a deep understanding of business drivers, KPIs, and data analysis to inform decision-making and enhance revenue management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to stakeholders and end users, and incorporate their feedback into recommendations
  • Facilitate discovery and design sprints to gain end user perspective and feedback
  • Make final decisions on product features and prioritize development tasks
  • Bring the product to life from end-to-end with support and enablement for end users
  • Ensure recommendations are accurate and reliable
  • Manage user-facing communications, intake of bugs/requests, and prioritize appropriately
  • Excite end users and foster confidence as a trusted partner
  • Support SRM Analytics across multiple levels of business and technical stakeholders
  • Turn tools and data into actionable stories for decision-making
  • Understand business drivers & KPIs and how SRM levers impact them
  • Provide a holistic view of challenges and opportunities to improve SRM capabilities
  • Identify opportunities and be accountable for executing initiatives
  • Adapt responsibilities as the role develops and stay current with field developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year degree)
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Proficiency in BI/visualization software, e.g., Power BI
  • Experience with Price/Promo AI solutions, Periscope by McKinsey preferred
  • Experience working with external syndicated sales, consumer data, and internal financial data
  • Understanding of data architecture, data lake, cloud systems, and data management structures
  • High-level understanding of modeling concepts, techniques, and methods (elasticity, clustering, etc.)
  • Strong analytic acumen with understanding of end-to-end processes from planning to execution
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and communicate through data storytelling
  • Effective written and verbal communication and influence skills
  • Ability to lead change management in complex business environments
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Results-focused with initiative and ownership

  • Retail, consumer goods, or convenience industry experience
