Senior Manager, Web Growth Product Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop User Insights by researching, journey mapping, storyboarding, testing user experiences, conducting A/B testing, and synthesizing user research for stakeholders.
• Identify and understand the needs of high and low intent audiences visiting Slack.com.
• Lead, synthesize, and present user research findings to cross-functional partners.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to inform digital strategies.
• Advocate for end-user needs while aligning stakeholder objectives.
• Develop detailed strategic documentation including competitive analysis, personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
• Lead web strategy for international market expansion, collaborating with regional marketing teams to localize content and optimize user journeys.
• Identify, develop, or curate content for cross-channel use.
• Own and analyze key performance metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Optimize all web landing pages, especially for paid media campaigns, to increase conversion rates and ROI.
• Analyze page performance and user behavior to identify improvements.
• Apply learnings to future campaigns or collaborate with the Experimentation team to enhance results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in developing integrated web or growth strategies.
• Proven experience driving web strategy for global expansion, including localization and international considerations.
• Strong skills in applying statistics, experimentation, and modeling to business problems.
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance marketing, with a deep understanding of paid media channels.
• Strong user research skills: planning, leading, and synthesis.
• Experience creating strategy documentation such as personas, user journeys, competitive analysis, content strategy, and information architecture.
• Proficiency in UserTesting, Google Analytics, Optimizely (or similar A/B testing tools), and Google Tag Manager.
• Plus: International experience in a similar role.
