Join our Marketing Measurement team and help shape how we measure and optimize marketing performance across email, direct mail, partner-owned media and digital channels. You'll partner closely with our Lead Marketing Measurement Analyst to gather, analyze and interpret performance data for our partnership marketing team — identifying opportunities, testing strategies, and driving insights that maximize marketing impact and guide strategic decisions. We're looking for a hands-on analytics expert with advanced technical skills, a passion for marketing data, and the ability to turn complex numbers into compelling stories for leadership. You will work with large datasets, design and measure A/B tests, build dashboards, and forecast marketing performance — all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence strategy.
