Key Responsibilities

Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its key features, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Salesforce Connector, Distributed Marketing, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder.
Proficient in email marketing standard methodologies, managing multi-audience email campaigns globally, and using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, and manage integrations of data flow between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Build and optimize marketing journeys with attention to data accuracy, system configurations, and automation processes.
Collaborate with various teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Explore, research, and propose new approaches to marketing automation to drive adoption.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Requirements

3+ years of Marketing Cloud administration experience with complex journeys involving multiple decision splits based on data updates in SF, AMPScript, and multiple data sources.
3+ years of Email Campaign Management and Delivery leadership experience with production and segmentation strategy.
2+ years of experience with digital marketing tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Salesforce Associate certification or higher is required.
Marketing Cloud Administration or higher certification is required.
Basic to moderate knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, and HTML.
Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations.

Nice to Have

Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Experience in troubleshooting and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in marketing automation and email campaign management.
Certifications in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud administration.
