Key Responsibilities

Lead project positioning, including planning and organizing initial strategy meetings with technical staff.
Lead the proposal process from kickoff to submittal for Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), and other client inquiries, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality and compliant.
Coach and support technical teams, preparing them for interviews and presentations.
Participate in client debriefs. Use InDesign and Word to format and design visually appealing proposals.
Help develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience in marketing and proposal development within the AEC industry.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word.
Strong writing, editing, and organization skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with proposal coordination and technical team support.
Knowledge of marketing strategies in the consulting or AEC industry.

Qualifications
