The Senior Marketing Manager, AI and Personalization, will join the Lifecycle Transformation and Growth (LTG) team to partner with cross-functional teams and deliver AI-driven personalization use cases that improve customer experiences and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to define and implement new personalization and AI use cases that accelerate adoption, engagement, and ARPC.
  • Collaborate with internal advanced analytics and AI stakeholders to understand current capabilities and identify gaps, working with product managers to articulate requirements.
  • Translate customer insights, behavioral data, and business needs into prioritized opportunities and technical requirements.
  • Lead test-and-learn roadmaps that validate hypotheses, leveraging experimentation frameworks to optimize personalization strategies.
  • Shape multi-channel strategies across email, push, SMS, web, and in-product communications to deliver relevant, timely, and impactful customer experiences.
  • Ensure alignment between personalization roadmaps, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Build business cases and report on performance of new capabilities, demonstrating their impact on revenue, ROI, and retention.
  • Partner with execution teams to ensure use cases are delivered as expected to support growth and innovation goals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Intuit's CRM and personalization capabilities, advancing best practices and scaling innovation.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in personalization, CRM, growth, or data-driven marketing, with exposure to AI/ML applications such as propensity models, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
  • Breadth of knowledge across all CRM marketing channels (email, push notifications, SMS, in-product display ads) with hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Experience delivering AI in marketing, including fluency in model techniques and marketing use cases, and ability to partner across product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills to identify customer needs, business opportunities, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills to craft data-backed narratives and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Comfort with applying AI, martech, and data tools to improve performance and deliver personalized experiences.
  • Skilled in data analysis and experimentation, capable of building business cases, designing experiments, and iterating quickly.
  • Experience driving measurable results related to customer adoption, engagement, or monetization.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, Google Docs, Excel, Qlik Sense, Tableau, and Amplitude.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing such as propensity models, recommendation systems, or generative AI.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, analytics, and data science.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and multi-channel marketing strategies.
