The Senior Marketing Specialist role is based in Stevens Point, WI, supporting marketing efforts in North America, including social media, travel advisor content, employee events, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide marketing support (strategic planning, writing, editing, etc.) for a wide range of projects in support of the business in North America.
  • Plan and manage all aspects of company events for the Houston and Stevens Point offices.
  • Serve as the leader of the employee activities group; plan and execute employee events focusing on boosting employee morale and involvement.
  • Contribute to the global employee newsletter, including editorial planning, writing articles, and providing photos.
  • Help create social media content and serve as backup support for the manager of the Travel Guard social media accounts.
  • Serve as the community liaison in Stevens Point, working with local charitable organizations to organize and manage volunteer opportunities for employees.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a marketing role.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience with MS Office programs.
