Senior Product Designer - Autonomous Mobility & Delivery

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead human-centered experience design in the domain of autonomous mobility and delivery, shaping how users engage from first interaction to trip completion.
• Define new interactions, flows, and systems where none exist today, ensuring experiences are inclusive, trustworthy, and aligned with human needs.
• Design practical, scalable experiences for current use while envisioning the future of autonomy across a multi-modal platform.
• Design across digital, physical, and spatial touchpoints, including vehicle interfaces, mobile apps, location-aware systems, and human-robot interactions.
• Translate complex physical and logistical systems into clear and intuitive user experiences.
• Navigate ambiguity confidently by working in a dynamic environment with evolving technology, policies, and user expectations.
• Partner with engineering, product management, autonomy specialists, robotics teams, operations, and other designers to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
• Prototype and experiment rapidly, from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity motion and service walkthroughs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience with a proven track record of shipping digital products in fast-paced environments.
• Experience building products for mobile apps, tablets, and web interfaces.
• Ability to work across physical, digital, and spatial touchpoints, including geospatial or location-based systems.
• Strong prototyping and storytelling skills to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Proficiency with Figma and related design tools.
• Experience collaborating with user researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to think at both strategic system level and tactical interaction level.
• Comfort working in areas with undefined problems, emerging technologies, or rapid iteration cycles.

Nice to Have

• A degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Familiarity with designing across physical, digital, and spatial touchpoints, including geospatial or location-based systems.
• Strong prototyping and storytelling abilities to bring complex ideas to life.
• Experience collaborating with user researchers, data scientists, and cross-functional technical teams.
• Ability to think at both a strategic system level and a tactical interaction level.
• Comfort working in areas with undefined problems, emerging technologies, or rapid iteration cycles.

Qualifications
