As a senior member of the Product Growth team, you will play a pivotal role in growing our userbase for this flagship product to the next level, partnering with data science and research to develop growth strategies based on user insights and data, running high-impact experiments, and implementing solutions to accelerate user success and retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user research and data science analyses to uncover user problems and funnel opportunities
- Develop data-backed growth strategies and solutions that increase user delight and retention
- Design and run A/B experiments to quickly iterate towards key growth metrics
- Partner with cross functional teams across Engineering, Design, Data to deliver growth plans and rapidly iterate
- Drive execution by managing trade-offs, mitigating risks, and ensuring clear communication across teams
- Regularly communicate growth performance and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions
Requirements
- BS BA or equivalent with 6+ years Product Management experience, including at least 2+ years in Growth for mobile and desktop apps
- Collaborative and outcome-oriented with a track record working across cross functional teams to launch high impact product growth initiatives
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and communicate proactively with executives and partners
- Demonstrated success in fast paced and complex businesses, with the ability to anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities
- Creative and resourceful, able to translate creative thought into practical action
- Strong analytical abilities to synthesize information from various sources and make thoughtful decisions
- Preferred experience with freemium subscription models, consumer SaaS products, and mobile app growth

Benefits & Perks
- The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually, varying by location and experience
- Potential for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
