About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the development of enterprise applications, particularly in the legal domain, and will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of transactional workflow applications, platform development, and API integration, as well as exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven enterprise applications, with a focus on the legal domain.
  • Lead development of new products, enhancements to existing products, and product commercialization.
  • Assess market opportunities for products in assigned area(s) through research and analysis of internal and external data sources.
  • Collaborate with other business units on cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day customer engagement including responding to user queries and investigating/resolving reported problems.
  • Develop strong understanding of customers' needs and workflows by engaging directly with them or through interviews and surveys.
  • Prepare required documentation for product management including requirements documents, functional specifications, test plans, release notes, and user guides.
  • Identify and communicate risks relating to project delivery with mitigation strategies where appropriate.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy execution of the organization.
  • Actively participate in group problem solving activities and use of collaborative tools.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Apply analytical solutions to complex issues using standard procedures and methods; take ownership of work and make decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments such as sales, support, and finance to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Build effective working relationships internally and externally at all levels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI projects.
  • Experience in the legal domain or with legal applications is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of workflow applications and process automation.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and AI agents.
  • Exceptional collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., ADO, Office 365 apps).
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Experience:: 5+ years in product management, with a focus on AI-driven applications and enterprise software.
  • Education:: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
