In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Google Ads is helping power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for people, publishers, advertisers, and Google. Our teams build Google's Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. We create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads and help grow businesses of all sizes with effective advertiser tools that deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply AI to generate customer-centric sales intelligence by integrating internal and external data.
  • Automate the creation of compelling and relevant pitches to equip sellers with impactful narratives.
  • Translate global seller insights into innovative Large Language Model (LLM) powered features, enabling holistic views, contextualized intelligence and automated pitch generation.
  • Partner with teams across Google to ensure seamless integration and successful go-to-market strategies, delivering the best versions of features and products.
  • Establish clear success metrics and rigorously measure product impact to demonstrate business value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience leading product development for new AI applications or agentic systems.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with developers, UX/UI, business, finance and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the online ads and Client Relationship Management (CRM) industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial drive, perseverance, and a proactive approach to advancing innovative products in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
  • Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education.
  • Additional benefits are available, details of which can be shared during the hiring process.
