About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in Vacuum Solutions Division Global Service, you will partner with Sales, Product Engineering, Service Operations, and Technical Support to deliver new services to market that bring value to our customers. This role can be performed remotely with a strong preference for a hybrid arrangement based out of one of our facilities. You will report to the Director of Product Marketing for Global Service and be involved in designing service strategies, analyzing markets, and developing sales collateral to position service solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Design, conduct, and synthesize service voice of market requirements for specific product(s) including service strategy definition, requirements analysis, and competitive landscape.
Lead strategic lifecycle assessments to determine optimal timing for end-of-service across product portfolio.
Analyze markets to understand current and emerging trends, customer value drivers, total addressable market, and market shares of key competitors.
Develop and maintain world class sales collateral to position service solutions in marketplace.
Reduce broad concepts and business strategies into structured product marketing plans.
Interact with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing service solutions.
Lead pricing strategies across portfolio of solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
10+ years experience in product management, product marketing, sales, or related experience.
Effective at working in cross-functional teams and a matrixed organization.
Exceptional communication skills.

Nice to Have

MBA or Advanced Technical Degree.

Salary Pay Range: $130,000 - 190,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and training.
