Key Responsibilities

Develop strategy, new product roadmap, and initial marketing plans for galvanic isolated interfaces and sensing.
Be financially responsible for return-on-investment scenarios and sustainable business cases for profitable growth.
Work with R&D teams for development of new products, new packages, new innovations, and new technologies.
Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers in markets such as power for AI & datacenter, drives, renewables, EV charging, robotics, ESS, UPS, and industrial automation.
Monitor competitive activity and identify customer needs for new product development strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor IC and/or power management field.
Experience with galvanic isolated high-voltage digital isolators, ADCs, op amps, solid state relays, and related markets.
Knowledge of power switches including IGBTs and MOSFETs for Si, GaN, and SiC.
Ability to understand key customer requirements, both technical and commercial.
Highly developed interpersonal skills to work across cultures, departments, and divisions.
Demonstrate leadership qualities that promote collaboration, teamwork, transparency, and success.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Ability to speak German is a plus.

Benefits & Perks

Salary range from $128,200 to $176,200 per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive plan.
