Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of T-Mobile Home Internet's product roadmap by identifying and developing new portfolio opportunities that unlock customer value.
  • Partner with teams across Consumer Insights, Analytics, Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence to discover what our customers truly want—and what they didn't know they needed.
  • Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives, measuring impact through key metrics like conversion, subscriber growth, and revenue uplift.
  • Develop strategic briefs, target segment definitions, and market sizing forecasts to drive product development and prioritization.
  • Turn data and insights into game-changing product concepts, strategic briefs, and revenue-driving business cases.
  • Define customer segments, forecast market potential, and drive compelling value propositions with features and benefits that solve real pain points.
  • Own and influence end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including pricing, promotional planning, messaging, and channel activation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or product marketing within a high-growth or Fortune 500 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term growth strategy; build new businesses or ventures.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience defining KPIs, measuring performance, and adjusting tactics to maximize impact.
  • Strong analytical mindset—able to distill complex research and market intelligence into clear, actionable insights.
  • A customer-obsessed storyteller who can transform insights into compelling messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for uncovering untapped opportunities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
