The Senior Product Marketing Manager of Broadband Innovation Strategy plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of home internet and connected home experiences. This role involves building innovative, customer-centric products and services that transform how customers live, work, and interact at home, including tackling Wi-Fi issues, smart device integration, and next-gen network technology. It is a business-building, category-defining, storytelling mission that includes developing and launching new products from concept to go-to-market, influencing product strategy, and understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of T-Mobile Home Internet's product roadmap by identifying and developing new portfolio opportunities that unlock customer value.
  • Partner with teams across Consumer Insights, Analytics, Market Research, and Competitive Intelligence to discover customer needs and unmet opportunities.
  • Build business cases and financial models for new initiatives, measuring impact through metrics like conversion, subscriber growth, and revenue uplift.
  • Develop strategic briefs, target segment definitions, and market sizing forecasts to guide product development and prioritization.
  • Turn data and insights into innovative product concepts, strategic briefs, and revenue-driving business cases.
  • Define customer segments, forecast market potential, and craft compelling value propositions with features and benefits that address real pain points.
  • Own and influence end-to-end go-to-market strategy, including pricing, promotional planning, messaging, and channel activation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, or product marketing within a high-growth or Fortune 500 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive long-term growth strategy and build new businesses or ventures.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience, including defining KPIs, measuring performance, and adjusting tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills to distill complex research and market intelligence into clear insights.
  • Customer-obsessed storyteller capable of transforming insights into compelling messaging.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for uncovering opportunities in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • Experience with product development in connected home or internet services.
  • Knowledge of smart home ecosystems and next-generation network technologies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with insights, analytics, and marketing teams.
