About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop executable strategies that take advantage of current strengths and position the company for long-term customer success
  • Deliver new customer and market insights to influence key stakeholders and drive new courses of action
  • Spend significant time with customers and non-customers to understand their needs and perspectives
  • Partner and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Market Research, and Segment Leadership to align strategies and execute tactics
  • Participate in long-range strategic thinking on product development priorities to meet customer needs
  • Understand the voice of the customer to refine value propositions for specific personas, use cases, and customer types
  • Drive product innovation in partnership with multiple teams and functions
  • Analyze and synthesize internal and external data to generate insights
  • Demonstrate expertise on industry trends and establish thought leadership in risk and fraud
  • Create sales enablement content tailored to customer needs

Requirements

  • Experience from the legal, risk, and fraud industries, specifically serving public agencies (Highly Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, product marketing, or related disciplines
  • Desire to test and learn, with comfort working in ambiguous environments
  • Understanding of commercial, competitive, technological, and strategic drivers shaping strategy
  • Proficiency in developing portfolio value propositions
  • Ability to drive cross-functional teams to achieve objectives

  • MBA degree

  • Formal educational background such as an MBA (preferred)

  • Base salary range in the US: $99,400 - $184,600; in select locations: $114,520 - $212,680
