The Senior Product Marketing Manager- HaloAI will be responsible for crafting compelling customer narratives, developing educational content, leading feature launches, establishing market positioning, driving customer adoption, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring HaloAI's vision to market. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI technology and practical software development challenges impacting millions of developers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally to create compelling launch moments for HaloAI features and capabilities
- Define feature positioning and messaging that resonates with developers, QA engineers, and technical decision-makers
- Partner with sales and enablement teams to develop effective messaging and tools for field teams
- Create clear, technical marketing content that speaks to both practitioners and executive buyers
- Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate HaloAI's impact on customer outcomes
- Build and deliver a pipeline of compelling customer success stories and use cases
- Work effectively across SmartBear with engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and developer relations teams
- Collaborate with digital marketing to optimize HaloAI's online presence and customer journey
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical applications in business contexts
- Ability to communicate AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using data and analytics to measure and optimize marketing performance
- Proven track record of building and executing cross-functional marketing programs from concept to launch
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing developer tools, DevOps platforms, or AI/ML services
- Background in software development, testing, or related technical fields
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Track record of successful product launches in competitive technology markets
- Technical aptitude with ability to understand and communicate complex software concepts
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capabilities
