Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Story: Develop and refine the core messaging, value proposition, and competitive positioning for products within the Sales Performance Management portfolio. Translate complex product features into simple, powerful stories that resonate with sales operations and leadership personas.
  • Drive Go-to-Market: Lead product launches and orchestrate go-to-market strategies that generate pipeline and accelerate growth. Develop launch plans, drive sales plays and programs, and lead event and workshop strategies.
  • Enable the Field: Create high-impact sales enablement materials and scalable processes, including pitch decks, demos, training content, and competitive battlecards to empower the sales team.
  • Create Compelling Content: Lead the creation of thought leadership and product content such as white papers, blog posts, webinars, data sheets, industry-specific materials, and customer success stories.
  • Collaboration: Build strong relationships across Product Management, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to align stakeholders toward common goals.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing for a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of bringing products to market with messaging and driving growth.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to think strategically to define market opportunities and execute on tactical deliverables.
  • Operational, data-driven mindset with meticulous attention to detail and comfort using data to guide decisions and report on impact.
  • A builder's mentality, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments with high autonomy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms.
  • Familiarity with sales operations space, including sales planning, incentives, or territory management.
  • Eagerness to explore and apply evolving AI tools to enhance product marketing deliverables.
