About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist at Expedia Group is responsible for supporting the go-to-market strategies for the Vacation Rental Property Management Software, Escapia. The role involves analyzing market data, developing messaging and positioning, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing fundamental insights of our market, partners, and competitors.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement to inform marketing strategies.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform GTM strategies, messaging, and positioning, and influence the product roadmap by conducting customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups.
  • Work across global teams to own, execute, and report on go-to-market marketing strategies to drive high-performing product launches.
  • Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for the Escapia product portfolio.
  • Lead product launch plans and develop effective sales training materials.
  • Collaborate with product, growth marketing, public relations, sales enablement, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and support for go-to-market launch.
  • Present GTM plans and performance updates to senior management.
  • Help maintain internal alignment with other parts of the company including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience orchestrating and optimizing GTM strategies throughout the B2B customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in B2B software and/or APIs is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to prioritize and lead execution from other team members.
  • Ability to use data and metrics to develop and test hypotheses, deploy optimizations, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate successfully with other teams in globally matrixed work groups.
  • Enjoys a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and a strong bias for action.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, advertising, or communications, or related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
