About the Role

The Senior Product Marketing Specialist supports the specialty insurance business by shaping and executing brand identity across multiple channels, with a primary focus on website strategy and creative direction. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and web developers to build company websites that provide a competitive edge and meet compliance requirements. The position reports to the Director of Enterprise Marketing and requires a blend of strategic and execution skills with experience in brand, digital, and B2B marketing within the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, content direction, and creative execution for new websites under the specialty insurance business, including UX guidance, copy strategy, and brand integration
Develop briefs and manage the production of marketing assets, including digital content, collateral, landing pages, and thought leadership materials
Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals
Drive projects from concept through execution, keeping deliverables on time and within scope

Requirements

4-7 years of experience in marketing
Demonstrated experience managing website launches/rebrands
Experience working with or in the insurance sector required, within the specialty insurance industry a plus
Strong understanding of insurance industry marketing best practices and requirements, and B2B website strategy
Excellent project management and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, contract-based role
