About the Role

We are Cognizant AIA - Artificial Intelligence and Analytics. Artificial intelligence (AI) and data science are central to creating human-centric, intelligent businesses by decoding customer needs, preferences, and behaviors. Our work involves designing future solutions where data-supported strategies replace trial-and-error decisions, helping leading companies prototype, refine, validate, and scale their AI and analytics products and delivery models. Key Responsibilities

Spearheaded a major initiative that successfully resolved over 800 bugs through consistent communication, stakeholder engagement, and diligent follow-ups.
Provide day-to-day operational assistance to the External Security Services team, ensuring smooth execution of multiple cross-functional projects.
Lead the development and distribution of a quarterly newsletter that highlights team activities and achievements, enhancing transparency and collaboration across departments.

Requirements

Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in a technical or security-focused environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with internal communications or content creation is a plus.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with bug tracking and resolution processes.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in producing executive-level communications or reports.
