Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects from award stage to completion, ensuring correct planning, monitoring, and tracking of timelines to ensure successful adherence and completion.
  • Attend and produce minutes and actions for internal and client meetings, teleconferences, client visits, and audits to support assigned projects or the project management team.
  • Receive, monitor, and manage client supplied label text, randomizations, drug, components, and materials, ensuring delivery to internal functions as required.
  • Generate required documentation and liaise with depot group for third-party depot setup.
  • Manage inventory reporting, monitor, and track client inventory in line with project requirements.
  • Set up clients on Fusion Suite, provide ongoing support for client use, and manage passwords.
  • Supply relevant information and produce project forecasts to support sales & operations planning (S&OP) and client management.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or General Education degree with at least five years of relevant experience in a Customer Service field.
  • Or an Associate degree with at least two years' experience in a Customer Service field or a Bachelors degree.
  • At least one-year related experience in a Customer Service or business-related field.
  • Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk regularly, and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
