Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
  • Prepare budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Track and manage project costs to meet budget.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed.
  • Manage project quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

Requirements

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, IT Systems, Automation, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of post-bachelor's experience with a Master's or 7 years with a Bachelor's in Project Management for Electrical Automation Microgrids Projects or related occupation.
  • Experience managing MV/LV switchgears, Electrical Automation, SCADA, and Microgrids projects.
  • Experience implementing and measuring KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Knowledge of contractual clauses and T&C's.
  • Proficiency with technical engineering and business programs such as AutoCAD, SAP, SGV, Alma.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze reports including project status, risk, time tracking, and variance reports.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as waterfall and kanban.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working remotely up to 3 days per week.

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or related field.
