Key Responsibilities

  • Possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
  • Experience must include a minimum of 3 projects with PLA in medium to large urban areas.
  • Knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application.
  • Manage various projects using established controls and procedures.
  • Provide job site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers, and addressing critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in the role of Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million.
  • Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
  • Ability to manage projects effectively and lead on-site activities.
  • Possession of OSHA 30 certification.
