Key Responsibilities

Possess, at a minimum, 8 years of experience in construction involving multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
Experience must include a minimum of 3 projects with PLA in medium to large urban areas.
Knowledge of the change order and cost review process and the review/approval of contractor's payment application.
Manage various projects using established controls and procedures.
Provide job site leadership in scheduling, safety, quality, coordination with designers, and addressing critical issues pertinent to the project or the client/facility.

Requirements

A minimum of 4 years' experience in the role of Assistant Project Manager responsible for large-scale projects valued above $10 million.
Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and construction documents.
Ability to manage projects effectively and lead on-site activities.
Possession of OSHA 30 certification.

Qualifications
