Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-complexity, multi-phase projects from contract to customer final acceptance
• Provide technical and strategic leadership across planning, scheduling, design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and delivery
• Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining project quality, timeline, and budget
• Act as primary client interface to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and resolve conflicts
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing to ensure project coordination and integration
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies early in the project lifecycle
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, and change orders
• Lead kick-off meetings and regular project reviews with internal and external stakeholders
• Track KPIs and contribute to department-level performance improvements
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery, scheduling, and client satisfaction
• Support and coach Project Managers and Coordinators across departments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business, or related field required
• Minimum of five plus years of project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment required
• Demonstrated success in leading large-scale or technically complex projects required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills required
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment required
• Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
• Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required
• Alignment with company core values required

Nice to Have

• PMP Certification preferred
• Experience mentoring or supervising project team members preferred
• Seven plus years of experience managing industrial/electrical equipment manufacturing projects preferred
