About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Growth and scalability
• Assist with new nodes expansion, support awareness, and provide data-driven evidence to enable preference for the team among Google stakeholders, to drive scale into new research areas
• Discuss and brainstorm project details with stakeholders and LI FTE to create a robust and holistic research plan
• Oversee the creation of screener, mod-guide, and other supporting documents for research to ensure alignment with project goals and expected outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research (e.g., usability testing, in-depth interviews, diary studies, cards sorts, surveys, etc.)
• High School Diploma / GED

Nice to Have

• Detail-oriented and ability to work independently across multiple projects with various tasks and stakeholders
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to ensure dissemination of project details
• Ability to understand stakeholder goals and align them with project needs
• Comfortable presenting research outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Efficient time management and prioritization skills across multiple projects
• Experience managing and handling teams
• Advanced degree (M.A/M.S./Ph.D.) in Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, UX, Market Research, or related fields, or relevant work experience in lieu of degree

Qualifications

• Some related work experience if no degree is held
• Experience in managing and conducting research
