  • Segment customers based on demographic, geographic, and behavioral characteristics to improve sales targeting and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and support targeted campaigns aimed at specific customer segments.
  • Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend system or process improvements to enhance productivity and consistency.
  • Drive automation of recurring sales reporting and maintain data integrity across CRM platforms and analytics systems.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and sales incentive programs; evaluate the ROI of incentive plans.
  • Support the sales team with the preparation of high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and materials tailored to client needs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure alignment of sales efforts with broader business goals.
  • Present findings and strategic insights to executive leadership in a concise and persuasive manner.
  • Mentor junior analysts and team members, promoting best practices in data analysis, storytelling, and strategic reporting.
  • Assist in the deployment and adoption of tools, systems, and dashboards that enhance visibility and decision-making across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
