Key Responsibilities

Partner with the software/product designers to determine and define quality assurance parameters.
Document the tests for a given story in test management tool (TestRail).
Timely execution of QE tests meeting high level of product quality.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using ITN internal framework (Java based).
Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
Conducting analysis checks on product specifications.
Reviewing Quality Assurance reports.
Ensuring the successful deployment of products.
Responding to requests from the design team and management.
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and create test scenarios and test plans.
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and provide support to customers during acceptance testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
6+ years of work experience in Java, web applications and scripting.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational/time-management and multitasking skills, with ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
Experience of Agile or Continuous Integration methodologies.
Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
Proficient in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
Proficient experience with automated testing tools (preferably Selenium or other open source tools).
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements for CI/CD.
Seasoned experience with modern/industry-leading Test Automation Tools.
Competent experience in cloud services.

Nice to Have

Manual/Automated Native mobile application testing (Android, iOS) experience.
Knowledge of food service or hospitality industry.

Qualifications

Must be able to demonstrate lawful ability to work in the United States.
