About the Role

The Social Media team at Pega is responsible for managing the strategy and operations of the company's corporate social media channels, as well as overseeing advocacy and social selling programs. They collaborate closely with Corporate Communications in the U.S. and UK to inform and influence staff on the company's strategy, people, products, and culture. The role involves supporting the social media team to run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively by managing content from planning through publishing and developing analytics frameworks to measure social media effectiveness and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the strategy for Pega's corporate social media properties, including content creation, publishing, reporting, and operations
Manage and maintain Pega's social advocacy platform, ShareHub
Develop and maintain an analytics framework to measure social media effectiveness and ROI

Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of communications experience in a professional setting
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to accomplish project goals
Ability to work calmly, maintain good judgment, adapt quickly, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong writing skills with the ability to create and edit different types of content
Comfort with using and writing about technology
Proficiency with MS Windows/MS Office Applications
Knowledge of video editing software, Sociabble, and Drupal CMS is a plus
