Senior Strategic Marketing Manager - Women's Health - FirstGene

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain marketing strategy that aligns with business goals for FirstGene, including brand differentiation and synergy with Women's Health portfolio
• Create and maintain content strategy to engage with key target HCP audiences (OB/GYN, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Fertility) to build brand awareness and drive messaging
• Prepare FirstGene for commercial launch by finalizing creative ideas, creating content strategy, and developing all launch collateral for multiple downstream channels
• Launch FirstGene with excellence, assess results, and perform ongoing optimization
• Partner with product team to develop long-term product roadmap and collaborate with product ecosystem (product, sales, sales enablement, clinical, regulatory, and others) to achieve business goals
• Collaborate across key stakeholders including R&D, Product, Regulatory, Medical, Sales, and marketing teams to enable holistic messaging and achieve shared business goals
• Drive analytics and actions to inform product marketing strategy, including Voice of Customer, persona and audience research, and market and competitor analyses
• Partner with sales to define targeting, launch prioritization, and lead sales training on materials and playbooks
• Lead agency teams to deliver marketing tools and collateral on time and to high standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
• 8+ years of marketing experience with 5+ years of clinical product marketing preferred
• Product Upstream Marketing experience for HCP/patient-facing physician audiences in biotech, medical device, or similar industry
• Experience marketing and launching new products in Women's Health clinical area preferred
• Clinical knowledge or understanding of oncology or urology with marketing product launch experience in these therapeutic areas preferred
• Experience launching and supporting existing products
• Experience leading a product marketing team
• Ownership of product and portfolio marketing strategy and tactics
• Experience managing agency relationships, priorities, and budgets
• Ability to collaborate across functions, especially with sales and marketing peers
• Excellent attention to detail, well-organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication skills, high initiative, and ability to think creatively
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership
• Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
• Willingness to travel 10-20%
