Senior Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting brand analysis and competitive audits that lead to insightful opportunities.
• Leveraging data to build consumer, cultural, category, and company insights.
• Developing compelling brand names and narratives that resonate with consumers.
• Ideating new product ideas and articulating them through functional statements and concept statements for research.
• Building client-facing presentations that present insights, brand strategy, and creative strategy in an ‘easy-get' format that tells a compelling story.
• Managing up to the VP of Strategy through regular updates.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of agency experience in a brand strategy and/or creative strategy role.
• Experience with CPG brands, especially in food, beverage, and alcohol.
• Experience with and passion for presenting to clients.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm CST with flexibility and willingness to put in extra hours as needed.

Nice to Have

• Proficient in building presentations in Keynote and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in collaborating and reviewing materials in Mural.
• Experienced in pulling data and insights from Mintel or similar resource tools.
