About the Role

The Senior Technical Marketing Engineer at Infoblox is a pivotal role within the Technical Marketing team, responsible for driving technical innovation and product storytelling across networking, security, and Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) initiatives. The role involves collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to develop technical content, demos, and field enablement tools that connect complex technology with real-world customer value. Key Responsibilities

Build technical demos, proof-of-concepts, and lab environments to showcase product capabilities across networking, security, and CTEM
Create technical marketing content, including blog posts, presentations, competitive insights, and product documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and consistency in customer-facing materials
Support product launches and field teams by delivering technical insights and enablement assets
Evaluate customer and market needs to contribute feedback that helps shape product roadmap and messaging

Requirements

8+ years of experience in a technical role related to networking, cybersecurity, threat intelligence, software development, or technical marketing
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash, with experience building tools, APIs, or automations
Familiarity with technologies such as DNS, network protocols, security tooling such as Wireshark or Splunk, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure
Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly through written content, demos, or presentations while balancing multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, networking, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
Self-starter mindset with a passion for learning and the curiosity to explore both the 'how' and the 'why' behind complex systems

Nice to Have

Experience supporting product launches with technical content and demos
Experience in a collaborative environment involving Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, networking, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Base salary range: $133,000 - $198,220 plus corporate bonus potential
