Senior Technical Program Manager I, Remediation Enablement, Core

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers. The Technical Risk Management organization ensures that our products, systems, and data align with our security, privacy, and compliance commitments. Within this team, Remediation Enablement focuses on bridging the gap between product engineering, regulations, and policies. As a Technical Program Manager on the Remediation Enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our response to a complex and evolving regulatory landscape. You will architect and lead the strategy to address any deviations from our compliance, policy, or regulatory commitments in a sustainable and scalable way. This role requires strong technical skills to build systems that work for engineers, while also delivering outcomes to policy and compliance teams. You will be responsible for creating the practices, processes, and systems to detect and manage instances where our security posture doesn't match our intent. Your work will directly impact our business by safeguarding our operations and maintaining user trust.
