Senior UI Path Consultant

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end RPA solutions that align with business requirements and objectives.
• Identify, analyze, and document business processes to develop robust automation solutions.
• Support the Application Manager Business in driving digitization and automation efforts for clients.
• Lead a team of RPA developers by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration.
• Conduct code reviews according to standards for optimized code and create accurate release and deployment processes.
• Create process documentation to outline the value delivered by automation solutions.
• Work with the objective of providing high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers within company guidelines.
• Support the maintenance team with monitoring and troubleshooting automation post-implementation.
• Develop and document automation workflows, including WBS, PDD, SSD, and test scenarios.
• Monitor running automations against success metrics, communicate findings to stakeholders, and propose improvements.
• Design APIs, data interfaces, and connectivity solutions for integration of RPA with existing IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
• At least 4 years of relevant Information Technology experience.
• Experience in UI Path design and RPA project lifecycle of at least 2 years.
• Expertise in UIPath design concepts and methodology with focus on deliverables.
• Experience leading a team and working collaboratively.
• Experience overseeing RPA project lifecycle, developing plans, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Experience in development, testing, and monitoring of automated workflows.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and Flat Files (CSV, Fixed-Width).
• Experience integrating RPA solutions with existing IT infrastructure, applications, and databases.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++.
• Experience working with XML, XML parsers, and XSL.

Nice to Have

• Experience in creating documentation such as WBS, PDD, SSD.
• Experience in project design, build, testing, and deployment phases of RPA solutions.
• Ability to monitor and improve automation processes based on success metrics.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
