About the Role

Reporting to the Manager of Experience Design for Commerce Experiences, the Senior User Experience Designer will focus on driving innovative and user-centric experiences that optimize the online purchasing, subscription management and renewal journeys. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user experience design principles, a strong background in ecommerce processes, the ability to translate business objectives into compelling design solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer workflows, pain points, and requirements
  • Design and implement user-centered solutions to improve customer processes, tools, and systems
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to gather insights and validate design decisions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, research and service design, and other designers to ensure alignment and successful implementation of design solutions
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and performance metrics
  • Advocate for best practices in user experience design and ensure adherence to design standards and guidelines
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into internal marketing workflows

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in user experience design, with a focus on internal workflows and processes
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful solutions for complex workflows
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools
  • Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing

Nice to Have

  • Experience in ecommerce - B2B and B2C
  • Knows designing for enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and multi-channel experiences
  • Experience with Agile software design methods
  • Experience with Autodesk or comparable competitive products
