About the Role

The Senior/Associate Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies within the plant-based, away-from-home beverages and ambient categories. The role involves working across various brands and adapting to different team and brand missions, with a focus on driving performance and ensuring business continuity. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and strategic influencing skills, and is based in the New York or Denver Metro area.

Key Responsibilities

Support various brands of different sizes and scopes through short-term assignments and changing focus areas.
Drive for performance and provide business continuity across brand missions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead initiatives that align with brand and business goals.
Utilize strong communication and storytelling skills to convey brand messages effectively.
Analyze business performance from a marketing and general management perspective.

Requirements

MBA required or 3+ years of marketing experience in lieu of MBA.
2+ years of brand management experience.
Must reside in the New York or Denver Metro area.
Agility: ability to adapt quickly to different teams and brand missions.
Flexibility to support various brands and focus areas.
Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal).
Proven leadership capability.
Strong business acumen.
Results-oriented and able to respond quickly to changing marketplace dynamics.
Strategic influencing abilities.
Ability to analyze and lead the business from a marketing and general management perspective.
Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
