About the Role

The Brand Marketing Analyst, Intl is responsible for helping to collect, interpret, and analyze data from various global sources to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that inform international marketing strategy. This role is part of the International marketing centralized team that services international countries worldwide. The team influences, supports, and consults on key marketing pillars such as business performance, quarterly reviews, budget, consumer insights, product innovation, calendar planning, and creative campaigns. The role involves executing international activity planning, supporting consumer research, insights, communications, toolkit, and playbook development, as well as supporting project management and marketing coordination activities to build and implement the International Center of Brand Marketing Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor performance measurements to ensure the brand is tracking against goals; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide business and analytics support for consumer insights and performance assessments that contribute to brand health.
  • Monitor and evaluate weekly sales performance using key metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the development of the annual Integrated Activity Planning, collaborating with commercial franchisee partners.
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and execution of multiple marketing projects, ensuring adherence to timelines.
  • Assist in new product development and calendar planning efforts.
  • Create visually compelling presentations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support and oversee the marketing budget, coordinating with International finance for clarity across teams.
  • Develop models and algorithms to forecast sales, budgets, market trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, R&D, supply chain, and operations during Stage Gate processes.
  • Create business case studies in local markets for leverage across other markets.
  • Design and execute A/B tests or experiments to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, coordinating marketing materials and promotional activities.
  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across various channels from conception to delivery.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years minimum marketing experience; food marketing experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Understanding of marketing, brand, and product development management principles.
  • Analytical skills to effectively use data to generate insights.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills focusing on high-impact, high-value activities.
  • Financial and business acumen.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and adapt to new situations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally on multiple initiatives.
