About the Role

Assistant Brand Manager, Brand at Little Caesars/Blue Line Distribution is a role focused on supporting the brand marketing team with national marketing campaigns, promotions, and programs. The position involves acting as a liaison between marketing, customers, operators, vendors, and marketing, with opportunities to create positive interactions and exercise discretion. It offers the chance to contribute to brand strategy execution and support various marketing initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support brand marketing team in national campaign development and execution, including print, digital menu boards, loyalty programs, local store marketing, kids marketing, in-store support, new product testing, vendor licensing, budgets, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Coordinate, execute, and communicate with the system through development of creative services promotional catalog.
  • Develop standard and/or customized point of purchase (POP) materials to ensure a variety of quality products at affordable prices.
  • Work with marketing communications manager to develop and execute campaign communication, including creative solutions, intranet postings, crew communication, and FAQs.
  • Provide updates to marketing leadership as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with franchise marketing managers and marketing communications manager to develop supporting local store marketing (LSM) concepts for campaigns.
  • Identify and research potential new resources and best practices for national implementation.
  • Plan and coordinate store visits for field research.
  • Guide operators on campaign support materials and custom requests.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-quality, low-cost vendors to achieve cost-savings and develop dependable vendor relationships.
  • Manage and monitor campaign expenses, purchase orders, and invoicing.
  • Assist in developing executive summaries for annual planning and national presentations.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
  • Coordinate and monitor cross-promotions and crew incentive programs from ideation through implementation.
  • Administer digital menu board content, manage user groups, and review requests for product and price changes.
  • Ensure quality control of branded marketing products and manage vendor licensing and compliance.
  • Coordinate annual vendor reviews to identify improvement and cost-saving strategies.
  • Manage internal and external issue resolution related to marketing activities.
  • Support marketing teams on special projects, including researching new tools and resources, and obtaining approvals for project execution.
  • Track and report department, team, and marketing program budget expenses and monthly billing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of experience in marketing, preferably in field marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to compile, analyze, and present data.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to travel when required and adhere to company travel policies.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
