About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, and track performance metrics.
• Create, manage, and optimize PPC advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting to maximize ROI.
• Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, and Twitter.
• Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and text, to improve patient engagement.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the community.
• Conduct and produce high-quality video and text interviews with patients to showcase their experiences and outcomes.
• Edit and format video content to ensure professionalism and alignment with brand standards.
• Optimize photo and video content for improved ranking across internet outlets.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the marketing team, medical staff, and external vendors to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
• Coordinate with other departments to support promotional activities and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with website design/development.
• Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
• Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
• Excellent video production skills, including interviewing, editing, and content creation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus.
• Experience with AI is a plus.
