About the Role

The SEO Content Manager at Zoom is responsible for contributing to the SEO strategy across multiple digital properties. The role involves partnering with marketing, content, product, and engineering teams to ensure international websites are optimized for organic search, supporting Zoom's mission to provide a best-in-class digital experience and enhance visibility across search engines.

Key Responsibilities

Owning and evolving the SEO roadmap for all Zoom digital properties including international SEO.
Conducting comprehensive keyword research to identify high-potential, non-branded search terms relevant to target audiences and business objectives, analyzing search volume, competition, and user intent to prioritize opportunities.
Delivering clear SEO guidance to internal and external content teams to optimize for keywords, on-page elements, user experience, and accessibility.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, engagement, and conversions, and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborating closely with product, content, and engineering teams to implement SEO strategies through scalable, high-quality execution.
Helping design and implement workflows that improve content production, localization, and on-page optimization at scale.
Monitoring Zoom's visibility across traditional and AI-generated search engine results, identifying performance gaps, and guiding strategic actions.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of SEO experience in an enterprise SaaS business with a record of delivering measurable growth.
Proven track record of launching and scaling SEO experiments, making data-informed decisions, and learning quickly.
Understanding of traditional keyword research methodologies, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors, with an interest in adapting strategies for LLMs.
Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing effectively and working independently or with cross-functional teams.
Genuine curiosity and openness to learning, adapting, and evolving with industry trends.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience working on international SEO and localization strategies.
Experience with link-building strategies.
Experience with paid search, programmatic SEO, and YouTube SEO.
